Prudential's first eco-broker, Angela Ashby offers some great tips on linving Green! While Real estate is my profession, sustainability in Steamboat is one of my passions. We're all being inundated with information on how to live more consciously. That is one reason why I decided to become EcoBroker ® certified. My goal is to make it easier at the local level to find the tools and resources that can help make your home as energy efficient and healthy as possible. It doesn't require much effort to realize energy cost savings. I can help you learn what today's buyer is looking for and assist sellers in optimizing home efficiency and creating a healthier home. Today, the MLS system does not readily identify "green attributes" though many homes do have features that energy conscious buyers are seeking. Items such as high R-value windows and insulation, Energy Star rated appliances, and on-demand hot water heaters are things that I can help you locate as a buyer or market properly as a seller. apsen_leaf1.jpg What is an Ecobroker?
