Exciting Weekend in Steamboat Springs

Summer has arrived! Well, technically, it arrived at the Summer Solstice on June 21, but in the 'Boat summer officially begins 4th of July weekend! Temperatures are perfect this weekend in Steamboat and there's enough to do for everyone in the family. To start off the weekend right, stroll downtown tonight for the First Friday Art Walk. And tomorrow make sure to hit Saturday morning's Farmer's Market and then the rodeo Saturday and Sunday night. But the most family fun is seeing the 4th of July parade down Lincoln Ave. at 10 a.m. Prudential Steamboat Realty's float and the Olson Red Van will be there to represent! Look for frozen Otterpops this year:)

Check out www.steamboat-resort.com for further details of events and times.

The doors of Prudential Steamboat Realty are open for you 7 days a week, so stop by if you're interested in knowing more about the market. On a side note for those who follow, Prudential Steamboat Realty is undergoing some marketing changes this summer. Not to worry, we'll continue holding our No. 1 ranking in Steamboat Springs real estate. But our friend and colleague Laura Cusenbary has set off in a new direction working for Wells Fargo. I, Kelly Stahl, am helping out this summer as Interim Director of Marketing and am happy I could temporarily fill these large shoes. Laura already is missed in the halls of Prudential Steamboat Realty but you can still find her at most biking events, like Tour de Steamboat in a couple weeks and throughout the summer at free concerts and other community events. If you need to contact Laura directly, email laura@outsideedgemarketing.com

Have a great 4th!
