Proper physical preparation can mean the difference between your best season ever and the season you spent in rehab. Read these quick tips to enjoy a safe and healthy ski season!
Although each winter sport demands a different level of fitness, there are four key components to any pre-season training program. These are strengthening, stretching, balance work, and cardiovascular training. A comprehensive program that includes all of these components will maximize your performance and greatly reduce your risk for injury.
