With the framing nearing completion, potential buyers are now able to imagine the type of living that Steamboat Springs developer Paul Franklin envisioned when designing The Olympian.
"For a buyer to be able to get their eyes around something tangible is very important for them," Franklin said. "Seeing the floor plans and renderings for the building is enough for some people who are considering a purchase. Others want to walk around, check out the amazing views and really take it in before making a decision."
The Olympian is being built on the northwest corner of Fifth and Yampa streets directly across from the Yampa River, the Core Trail path and historic Howelsen Hill.
Howelsen is the longest continually running ski area west of the Mississippi River. The skiers who train their served as the inspiration for the name of the building.
