Lured by the beauty, hometown atmosphere, abundance of recreational activities and ski racing opportunities for son Derek, Carolyn's family moved to Steamboat from North Carolina in 2002. Carolyn started her real estate career in 2003 after a 20 year professional management and marketing career in the financial services industry. Her success in real estate centers around 3 core values that she holds to the highest standard: trust, integrity and honesty. Her priorities are simple, "If it's important to you, it's important to herĀ!" Carolyn and her family have not only fallen in love with Steamboat, but have also acquired a passion for North Routt. So much so, that in 2007, Carolyn and her family made Steamboat Lake "Home".  Located just 24 miles north of Steamboat, this area is an all-seasons sport enthusiasts' dream! It offers majestic panoramic scenery, premier fishing, hiking, boating, biking, horseback riding, camping, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and 60 miles of prime snowmobiling trails. Carolyn and her family realize how fortunate they are to live and work in this great place called Routt County, Colorado. She looks forward to having the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with you. When Carolyn is not busy helping customers buy or sell their home in Steamboat or surrounding areas, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, tennis, hiking, biking and reading. When Winter comes alive, she can be found enjoying most winter outdoor sports. She is an active volunteer for the Winter Sports Club, a Guild Member for Strings in the Mountains Music Festival and a member of the Steamboat Tennis Association.
