Clay Garner

In 1990 Clay completed his BBA in Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin and moved to Steamboat to spend a season learning to ski.  Well it soon became true for him as it has for many others that the winters bring you to Steamboat and the summers keep you here.

Clay is a second generation Realtor® who understands the commitment to excellence and professionalism that is necessary to excel in the real estate industry.  Seeing firsthand what it takes to be a top performer of Keller Williams he is determined to continue that success in the next generation of Garners.  Having performed due diligence in Indiana for investment companies as well as working in all aspects of the restaurant industry he knows the value of a strong work ethic.

In 1993 Clay completed the Steamboat Leadership Program on full scholarship from the Colorado Restaurant Association and Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association.  In addition, he has learned a great deal from activities that abound in the Rocky Mountains.  Be it teamwork and stress management from 24 hour mountain bike racing or patience and attention to detail from fly fishing and tying flies.

Clay and Michelle Garner make up the Garner & Garner real estate sales team.  Clay brings the experience of 18 years in the Yampa Valley to the table for real estate Buyers & Sellers.  Michelle brings 12 years of executive sales & marketing and real estate brokerage experience.
