Dave Moloney has been selling real estate in the Yampa Valley since 1990. His dedication to providing the highest quality services with the highest degree of integrity has helped Dave become one of Routt County's leading real estate professionals. Dave served for six years as a Director on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors, and served as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors. He has served as the Chairman of the Technology Committee for the Steamboat Board. Prior to beginning his real estate career in Steamboat, Dave worked as a programmer analyst developing software for a fortune 500 company. Dave applied his technology skills to develop one of the first real estate websites in Colorado. In March of 2001 Dave joined the Prudential Steamboat Realty team as a Broker Associate.
