Personal

Jim and his wife Randa have been real estate investors in the Steamboat area for over 16 years and love living the Steamboat life. Jim is a registered professional geologist and earned his BA degrees in Psychology and Geology, and a Masters degree in Geology, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After 10 years consulting in the environmental industry, he shifted his focus to marketing for a NYSE company and was also a founder of the software company SageFire, Inc. Jim brings over 17-years experience in relationship-based sales and marketing expertise to his Steamboat Springs real estate business and uses this knowledge to help his clients reach their goals. He believes that client-focused, marketing-based services are the foundation of his success and will always keep that the focus of his business. Jim enjoys running, mountain biking, skiing, vintage cars and playing guitar.
