For the past 21 years Pam Vanatta has been a resident of Steamboat Springs. Pam graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1979 and moved to Steamboat Springs to take some time off. Well, she is still here and very happy with the decision to make Steamboat her home. The Real Estate business has been Pam's life since 1979. It was a great career choice. From 1979 to 1988 she worked with The Professional Group, Ltd., which at that time was the largest company in town. In 1988, she helped organize another company, Trimontane Real Estate and started actively selling real estate. Pam was the top producer for the company in 1991,1992,1993, 1995, 1996,1997 & 1999. Her sales in 1999 were in excess of 18 million dollars. Pam has been in the top 1% nationwide in the Prudential Real Estate system for the past eight years and was presented the designation of "Prudential Legend" which is one of the highest achievements a Real Estate agent can achieve. In January of 2000, Pam purchased the company with another top agent, Cameron Boyd. They are very excited about owning such a great company and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead. Pam also contributes to other worthwhile organizations in Steamboat. She is very involved in the community of Steamboat and serves on several boards as a director. She is an investor and serves on the Board of Directors for First National Bank of Steamboat Springs, the only community bank in Steamboat. She also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Yampa Valley Community Foundation and has been a board member of Strings in the Mountains for the past two years. In earlier years, Pam has served as a director for United Way of Steamboat Springs and also as Vice-President for the Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS.
