Hello and thanks for wanting to know more about what I can do for you. As a a full time resident of Steamboat Springs, CO, since 1993, I have definitely fallen victim to the Yampa Valley Curse. I am an Orvis Endorsed Fishing Guide and along with my Australian wife Bridget (whom I met on the slopes), we owned and operated Sweet Pea Tours, a 4x4 transportation company, for the last ten years before selling the business in December 2008. I graduated from the University of Dayton, OH and grew up in Chattanooga, TN. Our two children, Mya and Jesse, were born here and we could not have chosen a better place to raise our children amongst Steamboat's wide open spaces and world class amenities.

The vast growth of the Yampa Valley has created numerous opportunities to purchase and sell
real estate. My goal for buyers is to enjoy their purchase and for a positive return on investment.
My goal for sellers is to receive the optimum price correlating to today's market and achieving a
