30th Annual Smartwool Carboard Classic

A Steamboat Tradition

 

The Cardboard Classic, Steamboat’s traditional rite of spring celebrating its 30th year, features homemade crafts constructed only from cardboard, glue, string, water based paint, duct tape and masking tape. Contestants will race down the face of Headwall to a hysterical and crash-filled finish.  The uniqueness and creativity of the race make it an event looked forward to every year.
